At True Nourish Foods, we believe food carries more than flavor — it carries culture, dignity, and connection. That belief shapes how we build our company and how we show up in the communities around us.

True Nourish Foods was built with inclusion at its core. As we grow, our goal is to create meaningful work for those often overlooked — especially women living with disabilities, who remain among the most vulnerable in many communities.

Today, 70% of our workforce is made up of women with disabilities — a commitment we are proud to build on.

We believe meaningful work creates dignity, independence, and lasting opportunity.

This is not separate from our mission.
It is part of it.

COMMUNITY, CARE & INCLUSION

🌿BEYOND OUR KITCHENS 🌿

Beyond our kitchens, our work reaches further.

Through the Founder’s nonprofit, Positive Nutrition, True Nourish Foods supports food-based charity programs that provide actual meals and nutritious food support to children and families across East Africa.

These efforts focus on households facing food insecurity and children living in circumstances where access to basic, nourishing meals is limited.

This is our way of helping make sure nourishment reaches beyond the products we sell — and into the communities that need it most.

🌿NOURISHMENT THROUGH KNOWLEDGE 🌿

Our commitment goes beyond food distribution.

Through Positive Nutrition, we also support free nutrition education across East Africa, especially in rural communities where access to health information may be limited by literacy, distance, or lack of resources.

These sessions are practical, visual, and culturally grounded — helping families make better nutritional choices using the foods and resources already available to them.

Because nourishment is not only about food on the table.
It is also about knowledge that lasts.

Growth with Purpose

As we grow, we remain committed to thoughtful production, trusted partnerships, and community-centered impact.

We welcome collaborations with farmers, retailers, distributors, and organizations that believe food can nourish not only people — but communities too.
